At Avia, we want to ensure your athletic gear fits perfectly and meets your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
